Description

Details:

The program proposes the presentation of the principles of the France’s legal framework to hold, use and transfer dangerous pathogens and its development through the bio-security and bio-safety national regulation, including good practice of biorisk management.

The program can be supplemented by training and support to illustrate:

- the control of the management of biological risks and the assessment of safety and security;

- and the inspection of biological containment laboratories.

The ANSM was created by the Law of 29 December 2011. It conducts expert assessment of healthcare products and acts as a decision-making body in the field of sanitary regulation.
