Scope of the offer:
The Bundeswehr Institute of Microbiology extends an invitation to interested individuals and organisations to attend the 19th International Medical Biodefense Conference, planned from 8 to 10 April 2025, in Munich, Germany. The conference will focus on the medical aspects of biodefense.
Conference main topics:
Recent advancements and products in diagnosing, treatment, and prevention of diseases caused by hazardous pathogens and biotoxins.
Pathogen- and biosecurity-related workshop
Bio preparedness including emerging biothreats, bio forensics, novel medications and anti-infection agents, new vaccines, mobile diagnostic and reconnaissance tools, diagnostic methods, detection technologies, surveillance, risk assessment, dual-use research of concern, deployable biological laboratories, and the management and investigation of disease outbreaks.
